about

'Gate' means 'Gone' so in this spiritually infused buddhist mantra, we explore the eternal nature of the Soul. This was one of the Buddha's teachings before his passing: 'Gone, gone, attain the other shore; having never left.' This message contains the secret of our existence. Whether we live or die, the soul is eternal and what appears as an ending or as a transitioning from 'over here' to 'over there' or, as a movement from somewhere to another somewhere, the reality is that in this dream of a life, we are not going anywhere at all. It is ALL here. And, that said, what is ultimately here behind the dream is changeless Awareness. We are ALL a part of this changeless Awareness... A Nothingness, Emptiness is behind the backdrop of our dream. 'Bodhi Swaaha' means the Buddha has awakened. Chanting this mantra is said to open this wisdom in the heart.
